The Rebel Princess

The play tells the story of the princess Wang Xuan (played by Zhang Ziyi) She became her father's chess piece and married Lord Yuzhang, Xiao Qi (played by Zhou Yiwei), from a humble background. The couple fell in love with each other because of a blessing in disguise. In the end, the couple joined hands to create a new era and guard their homeland's people.
