In 1999, a series of tragic events threatened to rip apart a close-knit circle of friends -- and their small blue-collar town of Millwood, Pennsylvania. Twenty years later, a ragtag group of Millwood High students finds themselves hunted by an assailant known only as "A," who threatens to make them pay for their parents' past transgressions -- as well as sins of their own. Created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and Lindsay Calhoon Bring, this dark, horror-tinged coming-of-age drama takes place in the familiar Pretty Little Liars universe, introducing an all-new set of Liars who must unravel decades of generational trauma and Millwood's long-held mysteries if they hope to make it out of high school alive.
