Jessie
Jessie, an 18-year-old girl from a small town in Texas, decides to follow her dreams by moving to glamorous New York City. She accepts a job as a nanny for the wealthy Ross family and moves into a multi-million dollar penthouse right on Central Park. With the father, Morgan, a famous movie director, and the mother, Christina, a supermodel turned fashion mogul, always jet-setting all over the world, Jessie is often left to fend for herself in caring for their four rambunctious children: Emma, Luke, Ravi and Zuri, along with the family pet, Mrs. Kipling, a seven-foot lizard. With a whole new world of experiences open to her, Jessie embarks on new adventures in the big city, and grows to rely on the love and support of the children in her care. Assisting her are Bertram, the family’s sarcastic butler, and Tony, the building's quirky young doorman.
