Gaviota is a coffee harvester at Sebastián's family ranch, where they meet and fall in love. They are a match made in heaven, and neither of them has ever been with anybody else. However, a failed meeting separates them for a year, and when they finally meet again, Sebastián is married to Lucia. From that point, misunderstandings and peer pressure keep them apart. At the same time, he establishes the family as a powerful coffee producer house, and Gaviota goes through the long road from adult school to becoming a very important executive in the coffee industry. Between the ups and downs of their work life, Gaviota and Sebastián now have to overcome their fears to love each other as their hearts demand.
